Why did my friend go silent after I excluded her from plans with my guy friend?

I do sense that she likes him, as each time they’ve been around each other, she’s hit on him for sex. I didn’t include her in the invitation to catch up with us this time, because she tries to turn my friendship with my guy friend into a competition and it’s starting to irritate me as I’m not competing and I sense that she’s making my guy friend uncomfortable by repeatedly trying to leave with him when it appears that he’s not interested; because she tried to give him an ultimatum of choosing between riding home with her or with me and he caught my bus. I honestly just wanted to go home at the time.
