When was the last time you truly checked in on your loved ones?

It’s already the last quarter of 2026, and I’ve been thinking about how quickly this year has disappeared. Somehow, months pass while we keep telling ourselves, “I’ll call them later.” “I’ll visit next week.” “We’ll sort things out eventually.” 😔

But what if we stopped waiting?
Call your mother. Call your father. Call your siblings. Check on that friend you haven’t spoken to in months. ❤️ Call the person you had an argument with. Call the relative you’ve been avoiding because neither of you wants to make the first move.
Sometimes we get so caught up in who was right and who was wrong that we forget something much more important: these are people we love.

Life is already unpredictable. We don't get a guarantee that everyone we love will still be here when we're finally ready to put our pride down.

So forget the unnecessary beef for a moment. Put the ego aside. Stop procrastinating. Pick up the phone. 📞
And don't just send a dry “Hey, how are you?”
Go see them. Have coffee together. ☕ Go for a drink. 🍷 Take a night drive. Go hiking. 🥾 Have dinner. Laugh about something stupid. Take pictures. Make a memory that you'll actually remember years from now.
Because sometimes the most valuable thing we can give someone isn't money, advice, or anything complicated.
It's our time.

We spend so much energy chasing things that can be replaced, while neglecting people who can't. 💔

Maybe this last part of 2026 can be different.
Maybe we can stop waiting for the perfect moment and simply reach out.
Who have you been meaning to call, visit, forgive, or spend time with?
why not call them today? ❤️
