Girls often put their heads on the chest of male friends, I'm wondering if you've ever comforted a guy or cuddled in such a fashion for someone may or may not have had feelings for.

Girls, if it happened, did it escalate to anything more, or did he just rest there and it was completely non-sexual? Also, what led up to that point?


The reason why I ask is because I feel really comfortable when I girl rests on my chest. I was wondering if girls felt those same feelings in reverse? Thanks!

It happened once, but in a very specific occasion. It was New Year's Day, there was this guy I didn't know. He had been a little too flirty for my taste, but he was completely smashed, and he was starting to be sad/weird. He just took me in his arms, and help me without a word. That's when he rested his head on your breasts. He seemed completely lost and sad, which I why I didn't react straight away.

I reacted when he tried to put his hand under my shirt to touch my breasts. I threatened him, and he left me alone =D

Now, if a guy-friend of mine was in a panic-kind of state, or crying his eyes out, I would hold him close, and probably with his head on my chest. It wouldn't mean anything romantic, nor would it lead to something sexual. He was in need of a hug, I gave him one. Nothing more than that :)

I've had guys who were just friends do that before, but to me I don't find it sexual at all. It seemed to be kinda maternal or comforting more than anything. I'm sure in different circumstances/context I would feel differently, but in those cases it didn't seem sexual to me, just kinda motherly I guess...

I've had guys rest their heads there. I ended up dating one of them the night it happened, but otherwise no escalation.
