Friendly wave. Or flirty wave?

I saw the girl I'm into, just an hour ago as I was headed home and she was headed to her class. We were texting before hand but we just wound up seeing each other on the off chance that we passed each other at the same time. She waved like the queen does or like when Miss America does when she's going down the aisle. Hard to explain but I think you get the idea. Was this a friendly wave or a flirty one.

It's hard to tell. If you're interested in her, ask her out. What's the worst that can happen? She says no...and you're right where you are now (except you know that she's not interested). And, then you can move on!

Really, with girls...flirting doesn't mean that she's interested. Some girls flirt because they like the attention when guys flirt back, they like you, or there are a billion other reasons. As a girl, I can def. say that girls are really confusing.

I've asked her to hang out before (she doesn't want a relationship because she just got out of one but she said that she wouldn't mind hanging out once a week or so) however both times I've asked her out she either didn't respond or she just plain said no. When she said no (today) she gave two legit excuses. I don't know if she's just trying to see how much I'm into her or what?

Yeah, that would be hard to tell. Hmmm... She could like you but because of her recent relationship maybe she doesn't want to jump into another one so quickly because she doesn't want you to be a rebound. But, it can't hurt getting to know her. If you want, you can add her on Facebook (or any other social media networking) and let her know that you'd like to hang out sometime but she seems busy and that she should get a hold of you. That way the ball is in her court. Good luck!

It's hard to tell, but it sounds as if it was a friendly wave. A flirty wave, from my experiences, is when a woman wiggles her fingers at a guy while smiling.

Uhh hard to tell from a wave dude, it could be either one. Go for a hug next time you see her. Girls love hugs.

Girls do love hugs, but sometimes it can come off as creepy. And some women will still go in for the hug even if she's uncomfortable because that's how we're socially taught. But, yeah, a hug couldn't hurt. Just try to read the signs right!
