What should I wear to a strip club!?

i know you guys are thinking of some hilarious answers lol but I'm dead serious lol

My friend is celebrating his birthday at a strip club and a bunch of our friends are going. Someone at his job gave him some free passes to get in so why not go!?! Its free!

I also have a crush on this friend so I really really really care about how I should dress.

when I go out I dress pretty classy, sexy, but classy, I don't show so much skin or have my boobs and butt all out. My friend tells me he likes the way I dress and has called me classy many times.

but a strip club is a totally different atmosphere, I don't want anyone mistaking me for a stripper and I don't want to seem over dressed either.

What do you suggest I wear at a strip club? lol

thanks everyone. I went with the jeans and cute blouse suggestion, I added some heels and dangling earrings and even though I was pretty covered up I looked way more attractive than the strippers. My crush even danced with me and told me I looked very nice

Strip clubs usually have strict dress codes. Dressing like you're going to a high-end club is usually a safe bet.

If you're a woman, it's probably less strict, but you need to be dressed well. Wear a nice top and pants/skirt, or an evening dress. Avoid jeans and cargo pants, as a lot of places may refuse to admit you. I shouldn't need to tell you to stay away from shorts, but just in case, don't do it.

Dressing sexy is definitely good. Expect to be sexually harassed by the strippers. On the rare occasions that my girlfriend and I go to a strip club, she usually gets at least a couple of them feeling her up and acting like they want to take her home. They're very friendly about it, and it's all in good fun, though. Just letting you know, good chance it could happen.

In fact, if that happens, you might just use it to your advantage. Tell your crush "I think I need someone to protect me from the strippers!" in a joking fashion.

Just dress how you would normally dress when you go out. Cute, little dress or nice pants with cute top. Don't try and be overtly sexy. You're not one of the strippers.

And beware, the strippers will hit on you and flirt with you and dance on you.

And the strippers will hit on your crush and flirt with him and dance on him. Either don't get jealous or sit in his lap.

Just dress up in something cute...believe me, no one is going to mistake you as a stripper. I usually wear whatever attire I would when going out with friends (mini skirt and a cute top). The way you say you dress, especially if he said he likes it.

I'd be more conservative when going there. As you said, you don't want to be mistaken for one of the staff, and since your crush likes you to dress on the conservfative side, I"d be inclined to be even more covered up and conservative in this atmosphere. Plus there will be some drunk guys around and the atmosphere will be suggestive. Try and look cool and unavailable to random guys there.
