I’ve had some experience of wearing fake insert breasts. A particular character I played once had rather big boobs! So I was required to wear these inserts inside the bra.
Have to say, I was pleasantly surprised, they feel real, they look real from the outside, the shape, weight and texture are all very accurate. The inserts ‘used’ the bra as natural breast do, I could feel the weight of the breast being supported and pulling on the straps. I still even felt my bra behind the insert breasts which surprised me.
I think they are a fantastic option to breast implant surgery. One can achieve the same result as the surgery option. So with my limited experience, I can recommend fake breast inserts.

In this case, it's got a kind of glue inside that sticks to your skin. You just put one on each side and clip them together in the middle. After you wear them, you wash them off with soapy water and let them dry, the glue regains it's stickiness as they dry.

I don't see why bras are accepted, you don't see guys walking around with padded underwear to make their bulge look bigger. It's all just fraud to me, like make-up and Photoshop.

Not all bras are meant to enhance size. That's just the push up bra and this bra. The common bras are ment for other things. I wear regular bras so it doesn't hurt when i walk (especially when going down stairs), get my breasts to sag less over time and so my nipples won't show throuh my clothing (if it's cold or not, you can still see my nipples and people will stare). I'm currently wearing bras less and sportsbras more because i hate how brastraps dig into my skin

I don't know if that's true. Some studies say it's true some say it's false. I personally think it'd be true if a female was wearing the wrong bra size. My point of my original reply is that bras aren't jut worn for looks
