What are the opiton of bras or other options that are not bra but used instead?

I am 23 years woman. Always has struggled with finding bras and don't really like them and don't like to wear a bra. I don't know my size. I think my breasts are on the small size. I don't like showing my nipple. There are other options to try instead of a bra. Getting fed up. My mum said they no other option.

You can also try sports bras, crop tops, vests, camisole tops, bralets, tap, nipple flowers, chicken fillet style sticky supports etc…

I like vest the most but is going to be heatwave in england. I tried some bra option. Used to wear sport bra but got to small. Don't like crop tops. Bralets I don't like. Has tried nipple covers.

Why can’t you wear a vest in a heatwave? You could also use a bandeau stretch bra. I’m in the Uk. It’s onmy extra hot today, 32 degrees. I have a t shirt on top and I’m just fine…?

I got fed up with bras years ago and have been braless ever since. They are either jiggling loose under a T shirt or I have a halter type top on.

I don't know what other option. I have a lot of sweat and tried different bras shap and different size. My boobs are not big but small. sizing up might be too big. Is there other options instead of bra.

I don't know how flat you are but I'm pretty much the great planes lol. Never needed a bra but if I feel insecure I use cupped sports bras
