My girlfriend had surgery last week and before and after the surgery her male coworker (as far as I know they are not close friends or anything) sent her flowers. I didn't mind it at all but he sent another flower this week saying he hopes she recovers well. I asked her why he keeps sending flowers she says she was mentioning how stressful she was for the operation at work that is the reason why. It doesn't make sense at all.
+1 yIt sounds like your chick has an orbiter mate poacher circling her, waiting for that fight you two have so he can step in and say she deserves better than you, someone more like himself.
I was going to describe a murder scene that involves zip ties and gutting and then texting from his phone to meet outside so she can find the corpse... but that's how I keep getting my account frozen 😉
I hope for your sake your girl isn't going to let this undue attention get to her head, but it sounds like she's already justifying this undue attention. Like it's okay to take the flowers, but acknowledge with your dude that it is a little over the top of that other guy instead of making excuses for that other guy.
Hard situation you're in. The last time I was in that situation, my woman told me she thinks he's a fag, and that she has no interest in him. Months later she fucked him. I didn't get red pilled the easy way. Don't be like me and forget that your girl is being hunted right now by that guy.10 Reply

+1 yI don't understand the question.. What do you mean what should YOU do?
The flowers were just meant as a get well soon gesture. If there comes a time when you need to worry, THEN you do something about it.
The first step if you DO get a bit worried is:-
A polite word in his ear saying she's much better now thank you. and she really appreciated the flowers, but next time can you throw some chocolates in as well..
Only someone who was not phased by another guy sending his girlfriend flowers would say something like that! Once he knows he can't phase you or your relationship with your g/f, those flowers will stop coming!

I believe he keeps sending flowers. I might be reading it incorrectly.

I know none of my male co-workers will do this (twice) unless he has other non work related intentions and heck I am sure none of my female co-workers/friends would send me flowers twice… I’d encourage you to have a calm talk with her about your concerns and assert some boundaries about this fella. See what’s her reaction, it may tell all she may or may not be saying directly.

+1 yIt’s nice of him to send flowers once, that’s a kind gesture and pretty normal but the extra time is kind of weird

When's the last time you saw guys these days buying their wife or girlfriend flowers outside of valentines? Yet, this coworker, who the girlfriend has, i guess, apparently described as not being all that close, to her boyfriend l, is sending her flowers? Then id strongly assume that his girlfriend is giving him the kind of attention that is making the guy take a pretty good interest in her wellbeing.

@Wetdreamz my boyfriend buys me flowers very often

Navigating the waters of love and companionship, ah, what a voyage! When your sail catches a wind like a coworker sending flowers to your girlfriend, especially post-surgery, it's like a slight gust stirring up the sea. While his actions might seem like a bubbly mix of kindness and concern, sailing too close to the wind by not addressing this might rock your boat a bit too much. Communication, my friend, is the compass that will steer you right. Chat with your girlfriend about how this bouquet business makes you feel. It's crucial to anchor in trust and understanding, ensuring both of you are on the same deck regarding boundaries and comfort levels. This isn't about trimming the sails on kindness but more about navigating your relationship with clear skies and a shared course. Remember, it's all about keeping the communication lines as open as the sea! 🌊💐

Google is paying 90 to 100$ per hour! Work for few hours and have longer with friends & family. On Tuesday I got a great new Land Rover Range Rover from having earned $10,000 this last four weeks. Its the most-financialy rewarding I’ve had. It sounds unbelievable but you won't forgive yourself If you don’t :-

Two is someone who is making their interest known.
This guy's bold and not respecting that she has a boyfriend (you). Don't know what you want to do about that, but there is a situation here.
00 ReplyBreak up with her. The answer is in how she responded to you bringing up the obvious, which is, "what's up with him sending flowers twice?"
Any rationale person would see this as weird and might require her soon to nicely make it clear, offhandedly, that she's taken.
Her defending this is clearly a sign that she knows there's a part of their relationship that she needs to keep from you because yours or any typical guys response would result in a negative outcome for her

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yIn this day and age, there is no such thing as a girlfriend unless you are with a true woman of God. if you aren't, then you are very likely to be dating a woman that has the Jezebel spirit. Any questions you ask about the flowers will be turned against you.

+1 yIf he’s just the lead or manager in a group effort to check in on her - I wouldn’t worry too much. If it’s just him, yeah…it’s concerning. Particularly depending on the type of surgery.

Well, is she getting her appendix taken out or going from a B-Cup to a DD?
- +1 y
Then you clearly don’t know very many women getting boob jobs.
- +1 y
Not if it’s a guy trying to bed you. You are confusing the topic with your life experience. The only guy who would buy a girl flowers for a cosmetic surgery IS the guy who thinks he’s going to see it.
That’s the entire point.
+1 yI bet they're fucking. I'd break up with her. But that's just me. Apparently a lot of men don't care what other men do with their woman

Absolutely
- +1 y
Yes because she kept everything given to her and would have broken my trust. I am an extremely jealous individual and I am not ashamed to admit that.
- +1 y
I wouldn’t have a partner in the first place but hypothetically if I did I would still let them go out in public I can’t stop them from doing that but I can absolutely leave them for doing something I don’t like
- +1 y
If it’s from some guy I don’t know, yes. She will no longer have me
- +1 y
If its a unanimous effort organized by the place of work itself that wouldn't bother me. Only if given by a specific guy because that would show that guy has feelings for her and from my past experience those feelings are always returned in some way. I'm done being hurt by women. She will have him anyway why have me
- +1 y
Dude, work on this because in your converstaion with Peridot you are creating a self fulfilling prophecy. For all you know you'd have an actual loyal girl who would have rejected any advances and didn't see the flowers as a romantic gesture. You'd dump her and now she is single. And if the guy likes her she will no longer reject him because you were an insecure asshole for dumping her like that. In her eyes you are the unloyal one and now she has a new guy who is at least giving her comfort.
Absolute shooting yourself in the foot mentality and it would make your girl end up with a guy like me who relies on building a deep connection and open communication.
So don't jump the gun, not in this situation and in other situations in life or you become your own worst enemy. Its fine to have doubts if it happens, but test if the doubts are warrented first. - +1 y
In the past all of my doubts were founded because they were cheating on me. So I have to assume it'll keep happening and I'm pretty sure I said already too Peridot that I'm an insanelt jealous individual

Women like you already wish me Ill so what's the difference Peridot25

To you it's not a big deal. To me it would be. @Peridot25

I have been cheated on 3 times. That’s all it took for me to stop having relationships with women. I won’t let it reach 4
Contact the person who sent the flowers
Make sure the person he sent to understand that you are your girlfriend and ask him what kind of relationship there is between you. If he is a civilized person, he will understand. If not, you can explain it differently at that moment.
00 Reply4.1K opinions shared on Relationships topic. Just forget about it. If it means something more than someone being nice then you will find out about that later. If it doesn't mean that and you make a fuss about it, you are very likely to upset and alienate your girlfriend.
