Okay so does it take a pretty detailed oriented guy to notice a girl's haircut?

Guys, would this have anything to do with having feelings for the girl?

Depends on how you changed it. Is it a completely different style or just a trim. I don't htink it has anything to do with being detail oriented. If he's not into you he wouldn't care. He would or should definately compliment on a new haircut if he's into you, if he likes it or not. I would.
