I know a guy who dresses like this. He always looks nice. He has kind of I guess you would say an emo-ish style to him? Or maybe hipster is the word. But he has these shoes and he pulls it off.

On guys as well, they would look amazing on a guy with light blue jeans and a white/grey shirt or with rolled up blue/brown jeans. Anyone can make anything look good as long as you know what to match it with.
