Most definitely.

Low rise jeans are very much attractive, meaning they attract attention. It's an in-build desire inside every normal man to stare at a woman's cleavage. It's natural and we can't help it. Especially for the shy ones like me, even if I force myself to stares at a woman's face, hit myself every time I am distracted, eventually my sight always falls down to her breasts. It's natural I think. But women often respond to that with disgust.

So as an alternative to that are Low rise jeans. A man can stare to appreciate a woman's beauty without being judge. Even the girl won't feel awkward seeing a guy stare like a creep, since she wouldn't know.

My verdict, it will definitely attract attention, hence attractive.

low rise takes make in the 90s when I was a teen, back then thongs weren’t really a thing either. It was mainly fullbacks that was the norm. So a lot of times I see her underwear showing in the back especially while was sitting, the shirts were usually short and tight so the should constantly rise up. A lot of the panties I saw were regular cotton like hanes with the writing on the waist band. And some of the panties were real high waist probably full cut briefs.

I honestly believe that low rise jeans are exceedingly sexy, especially on women.
I see low rise jeans as a great opportunity for women with nice bodies to show off some. This, for sure, has got to be one of the best ways. Low rise jeans on women are more of a "turn on" than a "turn off". People that say otherwise just don't see what I see. I feel that low rise jeans make women with nice bodies look twice as sexy and appealing. Whereas women with less appealing bodies think the complete opposite. Low rise has & always will be attractive. I know that everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and I'm entitled to mine.
