Well in old days guys wore dresses but now guys used to wear tights WITH SHORTS.
Should guys wear shorts over their tights? Now finally guys are not afraid to wear tights but they still are afraid to show full legs and this is why guys wear shorts over tights.
Should guys wear shorts over their tights then or not?

I wear shorts over my tights I don't need the world seeing the outline of my crotch. Besides the way that I wear them looks good too.

I wear tights with shorts when hiking, running, or biking. Looks better my opinion. Tights keeps my legs warm and no need for people to see my crotch form or my butt.
Also, most of the times in to cold in the mountains to wear only shorts, so I prefer to wear shorts with tights under.
