And it doesn't matter how hairy or non-hairy their legs are, the answer is still the same.

Think if the question was reversed: "Do you think women should wear shorts?" and "Are you bothered by women's hairy legs if they don't shave their legs?"

I don't know about you, but my answer would still be yes women should wear shorts, and it doesn't matter if their legs are hairy or not.
