I started talking to this very pretty girl at the store today. Everything about her was adorable... but the one thing that caught my eye was her collar!
When I saw the collar around her neck, I found her completely irresistible!
The top one is fine. A collar is usually way to distracting and it draws to much attention to it. If it does not fit into the rest of the outfit or is a piece of jealery then it is viewed as slutty or she is viewed as a punk.
Just wondering, what general area do you live in that they're called collars? Where I live we call them chokers. I've never heard them called collars and when I saw your question I was really confused at first.

Different stuff. If she disobeys me out in public, then I'll give her a nasty look that says she fucked up. After that, she always has trouble looking me in the eyes. She deserved her punishment! I usually don't have to punish very often, but I always make sure my punishments get my point across. Usually it stops the behavior in it's tracks... but other times it only makes it worse lol

Chokers are becoming popular again, I see a lot of other girls wearing them. Whenever I'm chatting to a tall guy and I have to look up at him, I notice he will look down at my neck when I'm wearing a choker. From past generations, showing neck meant submission/vulnerability... so when a girl wears a choker... to me, it's a sign of submission since she is basically showing off her neck. yes it does feel vulnerable wearing a choker in public especially when guys are looking at my face and neck, I often imagine what they would want to do to me lol. The neck and throat is a weak point therefore if a guy takes control over a girl's neck or throat then it means we have to submit to his dominance
