It's just like any other piercing or tattoo, depends on various factors like how it's done, the person in question's features, how they carry it off etc

Too much of anything is bad but when aesthetically done its all good

My take is so long as the above is adhered to AND she doesn't scream when kissing (there are times I go on & on with a lot of passion - loads of girls love that as well) it's all good

I don't mind it on some girls, in fact it's hot on some but it would also depend on what kind of girl she is. Average, nothing special middle class girl no, but one that is more of a punk rock chick it's cool. Sadly they are few and far between nowdays.
