Both are in their own way. Willowy and straight can have a dramatic look, such as geometric or high fashion, or a tomboyish one, or an ethereal one. Curvy can have a girly and cute look, by playing up her overall roundness, or sexy, eg by dressing like a bombshell. Those are all very general ideas of styling, of course.
