Does tucking in your shirt look nerdy?

As in casual dress shirts. I'm in HS if that makes a difference. If so, is there's any way to make it look less nerdy?

Depends on the pants and the type of shirt. Don't tuck shirts into jeans, tuck shirts into slacks. That's a quick rule of thumb.

I always wear dress shirts (button up shirts) with jeans. NEVER tuck them in. Wear decent shoes too. Gott'a make sure the shirt is a good fitting one though.

As do I, but recently i was called "hipster" for the exact thing and its not the first time. I try and portray a classy look and was hoping that this small adjustment might bring me closer to that.

And people call virgin girls "whores". Words don't make the man. Dress how you want and don't be bothered by the words... you're above them. If anything, just say "You may want to look up the definition."

Oh, one other thing, if you get the button up that has the buttons sewn on the bottom of one of the sides, get a seam ripper or very small, sharp scissors to remove them. You don't want to leave the buttons there, especially if you're wearing it untucked.

You can leave it loose hanging over your trousers or get a quirky belt

Unless it is a shirt that is designed to not be tucked in, you'll look nicer with it tucked in.

You will look sloppy as hell if you leave casual dress shirts out of your pants. They are made to be tucked in. Tuck them in lol
