It’s not an exclusive Hispanic thing lol. I’ve got 2 wetlook skirts just like these and I don’t really wear them unless it’s at parties or a night out with the girls. They’re really skin tight and really compliment my curves and if I didn’t want any attention to myself then I wouldn’t wear them
