On average do Latin American women (Brazilian, Colombian, Venezuelan, etc) wear ultra revealing clothes?

I've noticed that compared to women of other races Latina women especially Brazilians, Colombians, Venezuelan definitely dress provocative and have tendency to wear ultra revealing clothes in public. Where did Brazilian thongs bathing suits come from? Fake boobs? Go to Brazil, Colombia, Venezuela and you will see what I am taking about. I'm not saying every Latina women are like this but from what I've seen it's clearly cultural.

Brazilian culture does tend to have a bit more of a revealing cut, especially around carnival times, however to be fair MANY cultures have extremely sensual and revealing clothing styles, especially for women. It's important not to get caught up in racial stereotypes.
