i think it purely depends in the current situation. are we chilling in sunday? rock it with no make up! are we going out? then wear some make up. i know some people could get this wrong.

Obviously light make up is good for a strange man to get attracted on you. But for somebody who knows you personally I don't think he will care about the make up on your face. I personally hate heavy make up and perfumes.
