I'm not a big fan of that outfit on the picture since it looks a bit lazy. But you can't tell a person's sexuality based on their clothing. Not every lesbians are masculine and not every gay men are feminine. It's just a stereotype people made up.

But women can look good in masculine outfits like this:

I only know I like it when girls wear my (their (boy) friends') clothes 😅
But in any other case, I wouldn't be sure why girls'd wear men's clothing.. It could be cute but would mostly make their female beauty more supressed.
