Honestly my first thought was what is wrong with her fingernail (not the thumb just the nail). I quickly determined that it is your nail polish color and the image color. I would recommend using a different nail polish, but other than that I wouldn't care at all.

  I am no expert on nail polish, but I would stay away from very neutral colors especially neutral brown. A rich brown would be fine I think.
  
  Any other color would work. It's up to you. I would suggest having a shade of red ready because it is generally the most attractive color (you don't have to use it regularly, but still have it ready if you want to use it).
