I thinks it's natural. He has matured in his face, become a grown up adult and can now grow a beard. I also thinks the hair style and makeup influence a little bit too.

Well his facial looks the same. He's just grown his hair and beard and eyebrows.

I think he had little surgery on lower side of nose ( nostrils) and little bit on lower face. But he has the most perfect narrow forehead that i love. Everyone had small surgeries, so zayn we can say is almost naturally handsome.
