Second, you are very pretty. Most selfies involve makeup on and nice lighting. You don't wear makeup (and don't need to!) And obviously your camera isn't fantastic so you can't take fantastic pictures.
To actually answer your question, if you want to look more feminine, wear more feminine colours and patterns. You have beautiful skin, and blush and nude tones would look great, as would dark reds, whites, etc. You don't need to wear frills and overly girly stuff (totally not my style either), but play with silkier fabrics or more feminine knitwear. Basically, I just think your wardrobe isn't super feminine (not that i can see much!).
If you want to wear makeup, you can. I think your hair is cute, and with a bit more length you could rock a sexy fro with more movement in it.

Pale pink and stuff. Dresses. Grow out your hair and rock a large fro if you're able.. super womanly
