Hi, I’m a girl and I do have strong facial features. From girls I get a lot of compliments for those features, but boys seem to have no interest in me. I often heard from girls, that I should do modeling (only from one guy) and on the Internet I’ve heard that the beauty standards in the modeling industry only made by gay men. Could that be the reason no guy has interest in me?
I am not comfortable enough with adding a picture of myself, but here’s a picture from a Model that has masculine features too.
The best answer I can give is going to be a bit wooly but unfortunately your asking a general question related to specific points
So here goes, what one man finds attractive another will be repulsed by. You can find a man who is attracted to a woman with a dominant personality but will be turned right off if she swears etc because that's not something he's even slightly into. This also applies to looks and some men will find those types of looks attractive and some won't.
It's true though that most men generally find feminine features more attractive, there have been lots of studies into this and the more feminine the looks then the higher rates for attractiveness because femininity shows that she is more likely to be healthy. I know it's strange but it works the other way around for mens attractiveness to women too.
Now you've had lots of compliments from women regarding your looks and gay men, ok so not much from straight men, sorry but your going to have to accept that the circles you are in don't have that many men who find you attractive, that's the naked truth I'm afraid. There are things you can do to soften your appearance so try you tube tutorials and speak to makeup artists etc.
But at the end of the day, the bit your going to have to accept is this, you have a certain preference for men, how tall they are, their body size and style etc and you're just going to have to accept that men also have preferences to and it seems that in many cases you don't fit into those preferences.
It's not fair maybe but then nobody said it would be and as long as your allowed to like what you like so are men.
Yeah, I see the same thing. From one side I'll hear women complain that men have unreasonable standards for women... and then there's guys like me saying, "Hold on, that's gay men and other women doing that, not me." And as my time from the 80's to present day has gone, I've watched those standards fluctuate like fashion trends... expecially when I consider who the model is supposed to target as a target audience. Lately for instance it's more varied because I think the marketing end of our society has realized the target audience is more varied than gay men and young males.
Strong features are often super attractive!! Lucky you!! I personally am sucker for a girl with a great jawline!! Unfortunately, at your age, people are often afraid to admit attraction to anything that deviates from the norm, as strong features tend to. You're gonna have a great time in the dating pool when you get to your twenties... but being a teenager is gonna suck. I know. I had cheekbones a mile wide and people used to tell me I looked like an alien when I was a teenager. It was awful... but they're one of the most admired things about me now!!! Hold out to your twenties and you'll be fine!!
Barbra Streisand was un attractive woman but she married a cute guy any way ! sadly some girls end up with masculine looking features do to looking like their fathers ! that said it can not be helped ! my brother has girlie hands like our mom and so does my mechanics son for he has his moms hands but his dad face ! no one can do anything about the fact that they may look like their dad when they are a woman any more then it is this woman's fault that she looks like this ! besides it is their heart that counts ! thanks
Of course women find you attractive if you have 'masculine facial features' I, for one, don't like our new societal labels. You're a woman, and we are the way we are. Yes, many men have found you attractive. Its finding the one who catches your eye, and is also staring right back at you 🤓
For me personally, I can tolerate masculine facial features if a woman still has a feminine body structure. I dont really prioritize what a womans face looks like, I am more attracted to a woman by her figure than anything else.
If a woman has a masculine body build then that is a complete turn off for me even if she has soft feminine facial features.
People are so nuanced sometimes it is great visually someone's it is a joke. I think the attitude and personality matter in deciding the visual out come. It varies so much. Generally femininity attracts me but some guys can look very feminine so who knows what either are.. Where is the line.
From my understanding, models tend to have more angular faces because photographs are 2d. People with really round, soft facial features tend to have smooshed looking faces due to the lack of depth cues in the photo.
Some do some don't some features just give them character. I was watching some actress the other day with a dimple on her chin and thought how cute it made her. It added ri her personality. It's really a case by case deal. Whatever you're working with good or bad just learn to embrace it. Because one rhing i'll tell you that is a 100 fact. Every woman looks better wearing a smile.
No, they are attractive, if someone didn't find you attractive, millions will, don't let that mess up with your head Every one is unique in their special way, and all you have to do is accept yourself the way you are, and be confident about it... would you want to be sad about something you can't change/control? That's my point :)
People like the energy you send along with the looks. Feel good in your own skinn and more people will like you and associate your positive vibes with your look
Of course masculine features are unattractive to men, but bone structure is not everything in life. Choose good clothes, good make up, and most importantly, make sure your personality is feminine enough, and nobody will pay attention to those features you feel insecure about

you may not be 'conventionally' or 'traditionally' beautiful, but to some you will be stunning, striking and your looks will be intriguing enough to be attractive. beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I’ve heard that more feminine men like more masculine women, but I’m more into masculine men. So I don't know.
I strongly prefer masculine facial features in women, but yes, I'm more "feminine" of a guy, most "macho men" definitely prefer round faces with girly and infantile features.
I love masculine features, it gives a lot of women more personality. And it’s actually really nice to see something different. I personally love masculine women however.
It totally depends on the person... Beauty standards aren't universal.. some like tall... Some like short.. It varies from person to person. The famous line said by Margaret Wolfe Hungerford '' Beauty lies in the eye of beholder ''
You got to love yourself, and be confident, don’t rely on what others think, people can be brutal and unkind. There will always be somebody that don’t like how you look, but there’s also those that think you look good.
The one in the picture isn't that attractive honestly but no... not necessarily. I suck girls dicks all the time really! I am right now actually 😯🍆👍

I like to call them "strong" features as opposed to masculine. Many stunning women in Hollywood have a very square, "masculine" jawline. It just depends on your general appearance otherwise and how you carry it.
Just to say it i can't tell without knowing how you look in the First place. But the Model on your picture has some masculine features but what Puts me of is the bleac Expression so hard to tell.
Women with masculine features can be really hot, I adore Hilary Swank,,,

They *can* be attractive but usually it's going to be feminine features and cuteness that is going to dominate. If I liked masculine features then I would date a guy.
Unfortunately strong masculine features in some people might appear to be a transgender. And that would cause them to shy away or be unsure and won’t approach.

Mostly yes but many men are attracted to girls that look like men. Weird but true.
Might be they like feminine girls but treating them like dirt feels quite a lot exaggeration to me boys are also sensitive to girls especially. It's actually the girls that treat girls like that..
