Hey girl,
Coming from someone who had naturally unproportionally large breasts and had a breast reduction, you need to think a about your physical comfort.

You're a 28D, so you're a fairly petite woman? You want to be comfortable and have your breasts proportional to the rest of your body.

Large breasts sound super "sexy" and desirable but its not all its cracked up to be. I was a 36J at my biggest and while I received a lot of attention from men (mostly unwanted, but it does feel good to be noticed sometimes) I was in constant pain.

Its been almost a year since my reduction and I cannot tell you how much it changed my life. I can work again, I can exercise again. Before the surgery I was in so much pain that I couldn't stand up straight, I couldn't sleep, it hurt to breathe sometimes. I was in so much pain that I couldn't walk my dog. My dad had to walk him for me because I could only make it a couple of blocks before my back hurt so badly I wanted to lay down on the ground and cry (and I did more times than I care to admit)

I got a little long winded there, sorry. I guess what I'm getting at is that I understand that you might feel more confident but nothing is worth sacrificing all of the things you love to feel more attractive and be in constant pain.

Did sports bras not help? I didn't know larger breasts could cause that much pain.

No they didn't.
I was wearing 2 bras at a time every day. For work I had to wear 4. Being on my feet for so many hours, even that much support didn't stop the pain. They made the pain somewhat bearable.

Having a breast reduction was the best thing I ever did for myself.

I'm a C cup. Despite my friends with larger breasts all teasing me about it I'm really happy with what i've been given. I have a small frame, any larger and I'd look disproportionate. Smaller breasts also don't sag as easily.

Stay with what you have. They are developed very well and are going to develop a little more even. The pain you're going to have with what you have now is going to be enough without adding more weight to your chest. Every woman I've spoken to who has a larger breast size complain about the back issues that comes with having them.

Do you enjoy back pain? I know people with huge boobs who hate them. It's hard on their posture. They are great until you get a little older and your nipples are at your belly button. By your bra size I can tell you have a small frame so a d cup should look fantastic on you.

I have seen 28D size boobs on a girl who is 5 feet tall here on GAG. Her weight is 97 lbs , waist 23.5 and hips 34. If you have a body like her and if you do exercise every day , then those boobs will be just right for you. Right size depends on what you want to have.

It totally depends on the size of the girl. My wife is skinny and her A cup looks fine. A bigger woman needs bigger boobs and butt to look proportional. A skinny woman with giant, fake boobs looks ridiculous.

You don't want them to big or you will have back problems and bigger can get in the way of everyday things. And they weigh a lot. Go with your body proportions. Personally a hand size is perfect
