Actually the turtle neck doesn't make any difference. Top pick, she is hot. The next one has great legs but is too top heavy for me. I like small anyway.

The second woman in the black turtleneck looks the hottest to me. My only “complaint” is that I prefer white turtlenecks over black.

If you have a fit and slim body with large boobs you are bound to look hot in a turtleneck! Try wearing a push-up bra under a tight fitting turtleneck. That would look stunning! And the longer the neck the better.
