Girls, Is my smile off putting because of my braces?

Yeah I had them on about a month ago and they're kinda hard to get used to

I never had them, but I has a girl friend that use to. After she got them she was super self conscious. And her stopped acting like herself she was more withdraw. Don't do that

It's not really the way they look more than it's how painful they are, like there is a plastic thing glued to the roof of my mouth that makes it hard to eat and speak

She had that probably too. It takes awhile to go away and as soon as it does they make adjustments.

If they pain is super bad though talk to your orthodontist

I already had in early adjustment appointment and they changed all my wires and put elastic bands on which are horrible

It will get better in about a year just give it tome and power through

Yeah :/ well I got 4 years of dental work to look forward to lol
