I don't want to get a tattoo personally, but I do think they could be really cute looking and really help to accentuate the breasts. I think the tattoo should be more dainty, especially if you have smaller breasts. The tattoo on the girl above is too big and it makes her breasts look smaller.

I already have a tattoo on my rib so it wouldn't suit my body now. Rib one was already painful as fucking fuck, would never consider doing underboob after knowing the pain of this one.

Yeah maybe. It's a bit too much of a fad though. So many women getting essentially the same tattoo. It's rather get something that goes up the side of my boob, curves under and down my torso.
