Ouch. This just made me cringe with discomfort. This is totally not the right fit for you. You could end up having some serious pain and discomfort if you were to wear them for prolonged periods. I think you should check for next immediate size. That should do.

It’s a bit small, your breasts shouldn’t flow over that much. Or you might have the right cup but the wrong waist size.

Just loosen the straps a little. I prefer this type of bra in the pic. It's called a shelf bra. It allows your nipple to enjoy the fabric of your top against them and with thinner tops it allows them to show a nice bump when they're hard.
