Girls only please? Bra sizing help?

I'm wearing a 30H. The band fits great, but the cups are way too small and I have the double boob effect. And when I wear a 34E, the cups fit a much better (still a little small around the center) but the band is way too big. What size shoild I try? (I'm a US size for both)

US 30H = UK 30FF (I'm going to reference in this size because it's what I'm used to)

If the 30FF is too small in the cup you should try a UK 30G next (not sure what that is in US sizes because those are all whack). 30G is an extremely common size and you can find lots of things available in this size on eBay, Amazon, Figleaves, ASOS, BraStop, Bare Necessities, and HerRoom.

US30J/UK30G is really not super large. There is just a huge misconception based on outdated sizing methods. I used to wear a 34C, which could be considered average, but now wear a better fitted UK30F. Only 2 cup sizes smaller than you. My measurements are actually exactly the same as yours, I just fit better in 30F due to my shape.
