Does my bra fit right?

I currently wear a 30K and I've noticed that my bra doesn't really fit as well as it used to. The band fits great but I have a little room at the top of the cups but at the bottom, it's a different story because I'm spilling out at the center, bottom and sides. The core doesn't rest against my rib cage as well as it should, and I have a crease in my top of my breasts (if that makes sense) and there is pretty much no support. Lift, but no support. I'm still growing, and I think I may need to go up another cup size, but I'm worried that size will be too big. What do you think?

Have you tried tightening the straps down?
You might want to get a fully-padded bra since it seems that your breasts are not being properly held in place.
If you find that your breasts are spilling out from between, under and to the sides of the cups, you should get the next lower sister size - meaning 28L, but I don't know where you're going to find one in such an uncommon size.
If you feel that your band is a little too tight, then get the next higher sister size ( 32J), but I wouldn't recommend that as the band is supposed to be quite firm around your ribcage to support your breasts.

Most women do not wear the right size bra because they are too shy or embarrassed to be properly fitted. Go to a lingerie/underwear store and get properly fitted.

Don't go to VS or any of the other chain stores though. They have no idea what they're doing. Get fitted at a professional boutique.

@musicbrain5 hah if she's wearing a K cup, then she is already at least 5 cups bigger than anything at VS (and possibly 6 or 7 cups bigger, if that's English sizing). So that, at least, is a non-concern.

@redeyemindtricks: I didn't say she has to shop at VS or other similar stores, but that seems to be where the majority of women go to get measured since the locations are everywhere. There's nothing wrong with buying their products (I have some bras from them that I love) but they don't have any idea on how to measure properly for some reason. VS told me I was a C cup but the bras were always too big. I went to a smaller independent boutique here, got a professional fitting, and learned I'm actually a 34 B. So that's what I wear now. I recommend professional fittings to everyone.

@musicbrain5 Of course... they are really bad. But, if she's in a K cup, she's already moved well beyond the purview of VS in general -- the buggest cup size at VS is US DDD/F.

That's a big community, and they are well and truly obsessed. You will probably have several size-twins over there who have suffered through this EXACT set of problems, and who will be able to give you knowledgeable firsthand guidance.

Is this a moulded cup bra? It sounds like this is more of a shape mismatch than the wrong size. You probably need a bra with more projection and it from your description you may also have short roots. Do you scoop all your tissue into the cups and get the underwire directly in your under breast crease?

I don't think it hurts to double check and make sure you're measuring in the right places but her method is really good it account for all the breast flesh that may have been pressed back by bad bras.

It sounds like you're wearing a cup that is too small. I'd suggest getting professionally fitted or at least going up a cup size.
