Cute has to do with personality more than looks in my opinion. Cute tends to be more shy/quiet or they talk about innocent things whereas hot is way more forward, flirts a lot, sexual energy, etc.
Firstly what's your definition of "cute " and " hot " ?

Cute girls would be sexy if they didn't lack in one area, their body. A sexy girl always has a body that guys lust after. Cute girls usually have a nice face, but are too skinny. Most girls are too afraid of eating, all they really need is a understanding of nutrition, time and a healthy lifestyle for cute girls to become sexy.

Yeah I agree tbh. I used to always prefer being called cute, cuz I felt like I wasn't being targeted or stripped in their minds.
But the older I got, I started kinda yearning to be seen as sexy. Some girls can still seem so sexy even while expressing elegance and class. My mom is like that, and I envied her xD no one ever gave me as much attention as she got when she was my age, and it kinda makes me feel like I'm not as mature looking as she was tbh.

Lmao, she didn't do anything.. it was just her features and aura. I have quite the bubbly personality, but she's more stoic and mysterious. I'm usually seen as a "girl" not as a lady and my mom was always seen as a "lady" ahah.
Also, I might blame it on the fact that she grew up around people with her ethnicity, whereas I grew up among white people... so the difference in features and culture might be a reason why she got approached more, and why I'm not seen as an interest as much... also the generation difference (men before used to go up to a girl and propose interest right off the bat, whereas guys in our generation are more into the dating game and testing the waters)
