Your point is true but I never talked about the "entire section of white women"! My comment was general in nature. I was commenting based on my observation of females in terms of how they dress. I mean it does seem like a higher percentage of white girls have tendency to wear very short low rise jeans shorts more often compared to females of other races.

I was kinda surprised because literally every younger white women I've encountered love to wear very short low rise jeans shorts provided there are no dress code regulations in schools and workplaces.

Hmm... that's something I wasn't expecting. Almost every female I know (and since I live in Greece they're all white) hates low rise anything. High waisted bottoms always flatter the female silhouette better than low rise bottoms.

To be honest, I wouldn't label it to just race alone, as this also depends on how a person is brought up even if they are white. I've seen females of other races dress more scantily clad at times in the summer, might I add. However, during my stay in Germany (one of the most multicultural countries in the world) as an exchange student, I can assure u that I saw a significantly higher percentage of local German white females wearing such short low rise jeans shorts more often compared to females of other races. I suppose it matters on the location as well.
