Girls, Do white girls generally enjoy wearing very short shorts more often than girls of other race during the summer?

For me our culture looks down on that short shorts mid thigh is ok but short where we can see your cheek we look down on that its too much. For Africans showing too much skin is something that is looked down on in many cultures.

Well I don't see more white women wearing short shorts than other races. I see more younger women doing so than older women - regardless of race here in the US

i know it's difficult to generalize as it really varies from person to person, but it does seem like a higher percentage of younger white girls enjoy wearing very short shorts compared to girls of other races. I mean younger white girls wear very short shorts in public places even when the weather is not hot outside. Don't u think so?

Not here in Florida in my area. I actually see more Africian Americans with the shorter shorts than I do the white girls. I suppose it matters on the location as well.

I am 42 and have a 16 year old son, the only time I wear short shorts is when I am at the beach. For me, I rarely wear short shorts, not appropriate to wear for a mom or someone my age. That's really for the younger generation

I never really wore short shorts in public. I loved my jeans and skirts and that's what I typically wore. I do wear what I want when I want but I also respect myself and I dress to how I want to be treated. Plus, it's not setting a good example going around flaunting what you have when you have kids. You can still look great without showing what you have.

As a result, wearing shorts shorts can make one feel uncomfortable if you are worried about how the will perceive you in a negative light. However, some women just don't mind showing off their bodies regardless of what others will think of them.

I do feel uncomfortable sometimes if it's cooler outside. Yes, my legs are naked, but that doesn't bother me. The shorts cover up my crotch/waist area, and that's what counts.

It is possible. However, I wouldn't label it to just race alone, as this also depends on how a person is brought up even if they are white.
I've seen other races dress more scantily clad in the summer too, might I add.

I agree that a way a person dresses may depend on upbringing, but I feel like white women wear very short shorts and other revealing clothes more frequently because just don't mind showing off their bodies as they have desire to become the center of attraction. In addition, from what I've seen, white women are generally comfortable in showing off their bodies and seem to have little to have little to no fear of being judged by others for wearing revealing clothes. I've seen some white women wear very short shorts even past summer season.
