How do you you dress cute and not look slutty ?

Structure your outfits to seem a bit provocative but not too much which might show desperation a.k.a. "slutty". Don't underestimate class either. The thing about dressing classy is that you need to have the body language to match it. How many times have you seen a girl in high heels that clearly doesn't feel confident in them? Didn't that only make her look try-hard? So, make sure that you have the confidence to match the class. Movement in this way can make up for attire. Also, watch out for the element of line. You can make suggestions towards what is there without actually exposing much. Using this, you can say, "here's some but, not too much..." If it helps, think of it as foreplay: you don't wanna jump right into it -- it starts out slow and builds anticipation. Also keep in mind movement (of the outfit). less flow -- in my opinion -- is a bit more sexy whereas more of it is a bit more on the cute side.

Ok wear t shirt's that cover most of your upper body and jeans that are not torn, that is the basis of cuteness, I guy terms but the rest is how you carry yourself, I bet you have the right personality to carry it, so trust yourself and believe in yourself you can do it!

also, I am not making reference to your display picture, I am just laying out an objective definition of "cute"

try not to wear high heels, stick with sneakers and sketchers for example, smile too that is very cute

never wear something that reveals both your legs and boobs..choose one or the other.

the outfit can be "fitted" to get the cute factor just not skin tight, there's a huge difference.

and choose your hairstyles carefully (when matching it with an outfit I mean)

oh yeah the shoes you wear with certain outfits can turn an outfit from cute to "slut alert"

Well clothes that appeal to your body. I like to dress in corsets from places like Hot topics and always get compliments and baby doll shoes.
