As a female to male transgender man, should I buy this as my first men's swimsuit?

Lol, i dont think so. Since you are female to male that swimsuit might just help point out that you were once a girl. I think you would be better off with swim trunks. And if that design were on swim trunks i think it would look better.

Because it costs a lot of money and with metoidioplasty, the penis is tiny, but with phalloplasty the penis has to be pumped to be erect

Go for it. I'm more of a fan of solids than patterns myself, but if you like the pattern, that's all that matters. I wear prefer speedos as well, they are superior to trunks in many ways. In Defense Of The Speedo ↗

I have one from TYR, its not my favorite, I prefer speedo or 2(x) ist for their cuts, but your mileage may vary.

There's always packers if you decide not to. I've got a friend that has at least 4 of them, a few realistic, one "larger that life" and and one that is florescent pink lol. If you didn't know you'd swear it was flesh and blood in his briefs.
