I would say bottom wise yes but midriff wise no. The bottom is good at preventing the area around the private area to be too tight, given this is a very normal place for it to be tight as nearly all do this but it takes the focus a bit off that as an area of attaction. The midriff adds a layer of revealing. Given the bottom off sets that significantly but next to full length swimsuits, it basically shows off more skin. It's like the difference of walking around with a t shirt on or not. That's the best way to view it.

But overall, it's clearly more modest than most bikinis and the bottom wi'll redirect the mind more towards fun shorts vs the bottom of a bikini

Yes, I consider it to be modest because it doesn't show much cleavage and the bottom part has a lot of material. That makes it show a lot less than the bottoms that are cut like underwear or have a thong.

In comparison to other batting suits, yes. It doesn't show cleavage, under boob or side boob. The bottoms don't show off the booty, to where her cheeks are exposed. So yes, a crop top tankini is a more modest version to the bikini.

While being a two piece it doesn't have thin little strings holding it together, and doesn't show ass like there's nothing there. It hides things sufficiently well, I'd call it modest.

I would say it is pretty modest. I would not wear it, because I cannot show that much belly, but it would look good on a thinner girl.

lol that's super modest, the girls in my neighborhood (gated community) wear bras and panties even when they aren't swimming, there are two girls who even swam naked at like midnight once.
