Are large birth marks a turn off?

Question

I have a big green-ish/blue-ish birthmark on my back called a ‘Mongolian Spot’ or in scientific terms ‘Congenital Dermal Melanocytosis.’ It’s runs from the middle of my back to my lower back and then wraps around my waist. But anyways, my question is if you saw this on a girl or guy would it be a turn off for you?

Also, I’m really comfortable with my body but this is the one thing I’ve always been kind of insecure about.

No it makes you different. I have a huge birthmark on the side of my face that’s darker... I use to cover it up when I was younger I don’t anymore.
