Do birthmarks or moles turn men off?

Basically, I have a very good body.I am a size 6 & have 34c boobs, but there's just one thing I feel very insecure about.

I have a mole on my breast, it is flat to the skin & is the size of a 5 pence piece, but I really hate it, it makes me feel so unattractive.

I also have a small, light brown birthmark on my right butt cheek.

I feel so embarrassed about my body, I know we are not meant to look like how the media portrays women, as no woman is flawless, but with men lusting after flawless, beautiful women, it makes me feel as if my body is ugly because of the marks I have on it.

Is there any way of getting rid of them?

Personally I think there is absolutely no reason for you to feel uncomfortable. As you said yourself, you have a very good body. And a mole on your breast is actually something very unique, I can't imagine it being unattractive or any disturbing, let alone "ugly". And I'm very sure any normal guy who is into your body type will NOT have any problem with your mole, and seriously, I think some would actually even like it. So please don't feel uncomfortable because of that.

Btw. I have a small birthmark on my butt cheek too! :D

well as for me , I do have stretch marks on my butt and moles on my feet , lips, near to the nose. I never got bad comments from guys who have seen it. I don't think its ugly, rather its attractive. Because not all girls have it ;). Enjoy !

Landmarks such as those are sexy,the only exception I can think of would be like a chin mole that, instead of being flat, protrudes like a wart and has a hair coming out of it...I would definitely fix that...but what you are describing are more likely to be assets than liabilities...(:
