HUGE birthmark on butt a turn off?

Ok so I have this HUGE birthmark on my butt. It's brown and has black freckles inside of it. It takes up my whole upper butt cheek. Its flat and It's 8inches in length and 3.5 inches width. Is this a turn off for guys if they see it for the first time? I'm super self conscious about it. My best friend and I were messing around and he saw it for the first time. if you were messing around with a good friend would you think any less of her if you saw this?

Not a turn off at all. If a guy genuinely loves you for who you are then he will be accepting of it. Same for a woman who genuinely loves a man if he has a beer belly, manboobs, hair body, etc.
