You can super gorgeous and have darkest insecurities. Having beauty won’t always make the person feel or believe they’re beautiful. So I think self esteem affects the perception of beauty.
I would say it's more the first one. Just by judging the behavior of people I know, comprehending myself, I can notice that those who are conventionally attractive tend to be more confident than those who are conventionally unattractive.
If you have self esteem issue. Regardless of how you look. Shit you see in the mirror will never be satisfying. But if you have something wrong with your looks it can effect your self esteem but if there is confidance, you just wouldn't give a fuck
I think that there should not be any relationship between those two but with Conditioning women had to go through over the years about their beautification it's obvious that the beauty effects the self esteem and that's not good, apparently.
No matter what u look like most people will think down on themselves and that's why they don't see the beauty. U can be anyone and see beautiful in urself and other people.
Self-esteem affects beauty, because it comes from the beauty of the soul and the outer beauty can be made, but the spiritual beauty and self-being in the heart can not make.

For certain it does. There is a line I guess as with anything. But you can make up for a lot with good personality and some attention to how you look.
Highly depends on the individual. For many attractive confident people, they too are nothing without their looks.
"Beauty" is a subjective concept and your perception of your physical attractiveness will certainly impact your self-esteem.
what you think about yourself is effect self esteem. If you think you are beautiful, special, funny etc. you have a high self esteem
It's only goes so far, if most people don't agree with it.

Feeling pretty can give you confidence and confidence looks good, so it is a good or bad spiral
Both, but I’m leaning more towards beauty affecting self esteem
I think of it as a paradox of some sort. But i say both are true because beauty doesn't always mean physical looks.
What you think of yourself. And what you think others think of you can make or break your self asteam. Bad ruins is good rasses you up.
I don't really know, I never had problem with my looks or low self esteem.
People who think they look good are are more confident, and confidence is sexy.
Personally, I think you need a high self esteem to see yourself as beautiful but some (like me) just can't see that because of low self-esteem.
