Yeah, I think contrast makes the whole look. Which always made me wonder why blue eyed blonde people are so popular, since they have the worst kind of contrast in their appearance.
I've also wondered why blonde blue eyed people are popular. Maybe it's because it's rare and exotic for many. It's mostly blondes in North-, West- and North-East-Europe. There's also some in North-America. Asia and Africa has mostly dark none-blondes. Same with South-Europe and South-America.
I like guys with black hair and light eyes but it's quite rare to be found. If a guy doesn't have these characteristics though it doesn't mean I wouldn't find him as attractive as a guy who does.
I do love interestingly different things in general. I’ve seen girls online with each eye being a different color with apparently no colored contacts, which was intriguing. Some very different than common things are gorgeous, but I can’t pick a favorite combo with there being so many.
Which country are you from? In my opinion some of them are dark skinned (while other's are just tan). I guess it's relative. An Italian for me would look very dark because in my country most people are white, blonde and blue eyed. A Congolese would for example find Italians kinda white looking because they're used to see dark brown people. For me Adriana Lima is dark. Many Scandinavians would look like snow compared to her.
I’m American with somali heritage, so I guess your right. I’m from a diverse country so dark usually means actual dark skin (ie African, south indian, afro latino, south east Asian etc)
I'm Norwegian and see mostly white people. They've mostly light pinkish skin, either blonde, orange or hazel-blonde hair and green, blue or gray eyes. For me these people are dark: South-Europeans, South-Americans, Asians, Africans, Maoris, Australian aborigines, Native American and many many more. Even French people looks relative dark in my opinion. Many Scandinavians are so light they could pass as albino although they're not. Especially kids.

Adriana Lima is closer to the images of the fair skin women than the pictures you posted below. Just because she is slighty darker doesn't mean she is dark skin.
I'm disagree. I've seen many other pictures of Adriana Lima. She definitively looks brown and dark skinned for me, although she has lighter skin than many Asians and Africans. As a woman of Afro-Brazilian of Portuguese, Swiss, Native Brazilian, Japanese, and West Indian ancestry she got many dark features too.
