Why do so many people hate people that get boob jobs?

I don't hate them and dated a girl with breast implants before, and to her defense those implants *worked* if she wanted attention. She got it everywhere we went, to the point of becoming obnoxious to me that I couldn't leave her along anywhere for 5 minutes without returning and finding some guy trying to chat her up.

That said, while I don't hate girls who have breast implants, I've gotten to hate breast implants for selfish reasons. With that girlfriend, her body never felt quite right to me. It's subtle and you wouldn't necessarily feel it so much if you just used your hands to feel her breasts, but especially when we hugged, for example, her breasts would not give like natural breasts. They were also much larger than you might ever naturally come to expect on a girl with such a slim waist, so it starts to feel like "her boobs are pushing you away."

Like when we first slept together, missionary felt all wrong. I never felt more awkward in missionary than that, because her boobs were jutting out in ways that boobs don't when girls lie down, and I didn't feel like I could put any weight on her body (plus I'd just come directly in contact with the breasts long before her abdomen). It was even difficult to lean over and kiss her with those boobs jutting upwards. So I ended up pulling her to the side of the bed and having intercourse that way and that felt more natural, but it still felt all off. Any kind of intimate position from the front felt off.

So she still looked stunning in a dress and it definitely got her a boatload of male attention if that's what she wanted, but I came to dislike the whole way they felt.

Some guys have told me on here that breast implants have improved a lot technologically. Maybe I'd feel different about those. With the girlfriend I was talking about, she got them around the late 90s, I think (we started dating in the early 2000s).

we only hate the people if they got the boob job to show off, get attention, slut around, or act like they're better than other girls. Other than that we have no issue with the girls. Most of us wish you'd stay natural, but we accept and respect your decisions.

I don't hate the people who get them; I hate the decision. As a naturally large chested woman, I've heard envy expressed, and been told I'm lucky. It hurts to run down stairs without literally holding my boobs in place. I usually have to wear two or three sports bras to work out. I have chronic back pain that is at least partially caused by my breasts. Bra shopping is a nightmare. It's extremely hard to find affordable stores that carry 36 DD or DDDs where I live. Some PLUS SIZE stores don't go past a C cup, and when I find the right cup size, the band often doesn't go lower than 38 or 40. I have literally cried in dressing rooms because it's so hard to find bras, and too physically painful to not wear them on a regular basis. The fact that some women have the fucking gall to tell me I'm LUCKY to have had to deal with this shit since puberty seriously pisses me off, as does the idea of a woman opting to undergo surgery to put herself through all this bullshit just to conform to some stupid "beauty standard". I feel this way about all elective plastic surgery. Especially because all surgery has risk involved, and I don't think people should take those risks for the sake of getting some silicone shoved inside of them. No matter how good or renowned your doctor is, shit can happen, and I don't think superficial "improvements" are worth stories like this

I don't. I think they get more popular with people in general. But it's also human nature to bitch about some one doing it. They do get better jobs, opportunities and have more relationships. It's not a negative.

I see it as a sign of weakness. If you feel the need to get bigger boobs just to be comfortable, then you're giving in to societal pressures and trying too hard to be attractive. This becomes a huge turn-off for me.

@marilynmansonssextoy conformist pornstar wannabe is better? I believe that changing a body is much more conformist than changing clothes, as it's much more costly to oneself in all aspects. Also last time I checked most goth girls seems to look fairly feminine, dark feminine but still feminine, so a tomboy looks is something extra and not directly tied to the goth subculture.
