Don't you mean why young girls admire fake girls?
Oh come on, you mean that if you put Alexis Ren and any average girl next to her, and ask a man with which one of them he would rather have sex with, he would choose the average one without plastic?
He would rather fuck Alexis. And that is why I'm butthurt, because they first claim that they find plastic surgery disgusting and not attractive

Update: I’m not saying she’s unattractive. Her lips don’t seem to be obvious fake, and her breasts don’t look obvious at all. (Or at least in this photo. Never seen her before.) My opinion still stands, but I don’t think she looks ugly at all.
