Any serious suggestions for whitening creams?

I’m half Asian and half European, and this summer I got a really good tan, however now I’m getting white patches all over, I’ve tried a gradual tanner to even things out but it quickly fades, and now I wanna try evening it out the other way.

When I visit Asia there’s whitening creams everywhere, but not here in Europe. So wanna know which it good to order?

Hmmm... I'm Chinese, and I do know this popular whitening sunscreen product called Pon protection ZuZu. It's temporarily, and I'm not sure if it's good for your skin. Besides, it's not cruelty free either. I don't know if it will even it out, but Vitamin C serums can brighten skin. I recommend Klairs. It's really gentle on the skin.
