What are the best creams for extremely dry hands?

My hands always crack & bleed easily during winter and from harsh soaps I have to use at work. do you know any good creams that will do and heal?

industrial strength hand healer from Jack Black (not sure if it has anything to do with the actor lol) but it’s from Ulta and works well.

Always always wear gloves!! A nice pair of leather ones with a soft inside made my hands feel so much less cracked! It works so well!!

For sever dry cracking Urea 40% immediately after a hot shower or bath. If possible, also wear latex gloves or cotton.
