She's cute, but she has got some work done and used a lot of makeup, so underneath all of these things she looks average. She don't look as cute in real life as on her poster pictures.

Madonna who's another similar celebrity has also got a lot of work done. She has also bleached her hair and used makeup to look way fairer than she really is. So celebrities getting work done isn't that uncommon.
