How would you describe a woman who looks "clean cut", what would be the female version of this term?

I've always listened "clean cut" term for men who look groomed. Yet never for women.
I wonder how people call a woman who looks well groomed and neat always?

The equivalent in terms of grooming would be "high maintenance."

I think the equivalent in terms of attractiveness for a woman would be "natural." A woman who looks "natural" has few to no accessories, little to no makeup, simple cute/casual clothes.
