Ladies, your opinion on this long leather trenchcoat?

I’ve had my eye on this pricey item lately. Is it worth a purchase? How do you girls (& guys) think it would look on me, especially for chilly days?

I have one mine The Horse Back Leather Duster Trench Coat. It even had straps for the legs to get your legs dry in the rain when on a horse. Mine was almost 2 grand and it was not the warmest coat for winter, But it was perfect for late fall and early spring.

But I used mine for work use on the farm and ranching. And I needed a tough coat. Mine is about 25 years old and is completely worn out. This spring I will be a on the hunt for another one.

Does the company sell your have one like I just described?

Not really a big fan TBH, too undertaker.

I like leather jackets and think they look incredible, whether real or faux, but a leather coat casually on a cold day, not my taste.

Personally, I'd just go with a normal coat or maybe a pea coat, both look better to me, though obviously do what you want.

I'm not a lady, but I personally own 3 coats similar to this one (and in general I'm a big fan of leather).
If you like it, don't worry about someone else liking it -- just buy it.

It may look cool if the guy is tall and suits it, but wool coats tends to look better and nicer.

I prefer wool trenchcoats. I like my leather jackets to the waist or above knee.
